Electric Power Station in Skawina
High pressure heaters type PWS, heater PNC-3 and steam desuperheater from PS-50-2-010 glands ( with new system of pipelines in exchanger area).
Heaters of PWS – PWC-6, PWC-7 and PWC-8 type (production of Soviet Union) are it high pressure, regeneration, superficial heat exchangers of vertical type with tubes heat exchanger which are made in spiral form and are welded to vertical collectors.
Heat factor it is steam from turbine bleeding.
Heaters have ejected zones of condensation and zones of condensate coolers. To modernization belongs: new collectors, new spiral tubes, modernization of condensate draining system from steam space ( from condensate cooler ), modernization some elements of tube system.
Heater PN-220-020 (PNC-3) – new.
This heater is purpose for heating of turbine condensate in low regeneration system. It is superficial jacket tabular, U-tubular, onerunning heat exchanger, vertical with water chamber at mountain.
Construction of heater enable to disassemble separately each of unit : water chamber , tube system, steam chamber.Heating agent it is steam from turbine bleeder.
Additionally to heater is supply condensate from heater PNC-4.
Steam desuperheater from bleeders of PS-50-2-010 - new.
Construction of desuperheater is elaborated on base of scientific research.
Desuperhester is superficial, U-tabular, flowable, oneruning after water side and tworunning after steam side, heat exchanger of vertical type, with water chamber in upper part of desuperheater. Construction of desuperheater, designed as rectangular prism, gives possibility to disassemble separately subassemblies: water chamber, tube system and steam chamber. Heating factor: steam and air from turbine stuffing –box and cooling factor-water ( main condensate).
